Who is this for?
Dubai residents only, applying through the VFS Dubai centre (DXB) for a Schengen or Japan visa. You'll need a UAE mobile (+971 5XX XXX XXXX) — VFS's signup form only accepts UAE numbers. Abu Dhabi (JUAD) and other UAE centres are on the roadmap. If you're outside the UAE or applying through a different VFS country, this isn't the right tool for you yet — email t@paired-minds.com with your corridor and we'll prioritise.
Do you book the slot for me?
Auto-book is live for Portugal, Sweden, Iceland, Norway ($150 one-time, VFS fees included* — no surprise charges). For other countries we email you the moment a slot opens and you log in to VFS yourself to grab it. More auto-book countries rolling out as we validate each end-to-end.
How fast does it react?
We poll VFS on a tight schedule. The email lands in your inbox usually within minutes of the slot opening — fast enough that you can be the first to book before manual refreshers catch up.
What if no slot opens during my window?
The watch closes when your window expires. The fee is for the watching itself — slots can't be guaranteed.
Why VFS UAE only?
We built and tested the system end-to-end on VFS UAE first. Other VFS countries (and TLS / BLS) are on the roadmap. Email us your corridor and we'll prioritise it.
How is my email used?
Notifications and account login, nothing else. No marketing emails, no third-party sharing. You can cancel and delete your watch from the dashboard.
